Electrical Program
History
Electrical Program started education in 2001-2002 within the scope of MEB-YÖK Vocational Schools Program Development Project within Fırat University Muş Vocational School. As of 2006-2007 academic year, with the establishment of Muş Alparslan University, it continues its education and training activities under the Department of Electrical and Energy.
Degree Earned
Students who successfully complete this program receive the title of Electrical Technician.
Admission Requirements
Electrical Program accepts students according to the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) score.
Transition to the Next Level
Those who successfully complete the Electrical Program can transfer to undergraduate programs with the DGS exam conducted by ÖSYM. Our graduate students can transfer to the faculties of Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Physics, Control Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Meteorology Engineering, Aircraft Electrical-Electronics and Space Engineering.
Graduation Requirements
Graduation Requirements In order to graduate, the student must pass all courses given in 4 semesters and have a GPA above 2. In addition, the student must have completed a 36-day Professional Internship and been accepted.
Employment Opportunities
Graduates of the Electrical Program can find employment in all public institutions and private organizations. They also have the opportunity to open their own business.
Measurement and Evaluation
Students are given 3 exam rights in each semester: Mid-Semester, End-of-Semester and Supplemental Exams. The student's success is evaluated according to the Relative Evaluation System.
