Nordex Energy Inc., one of the leading companies in the renewable energy sector, provided important employment training for the students of our University's Technical Sciences Vocational School (TBMYO).
The training program, which was held between May 16-17, was held at our University Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Zaim Conference Hall with the participation of TBMYO Electrical Department 2nd year students and academic staff. The training program was meticulously prepared by Nordex Energy Inc. Education Department Managers, Operation Managers and Human Resources Culture Department Representatives. In the training provided by Nordex Technical Training Experts, a wide range of information was provided from the pre-installation micrositing stages of wind turbines to electrical, electronic and mechanical parts. In addition, topics such as remote monitoring systems, project and service operation steps in the field and quality management applications were discussed in the training, and information on practical training and recruitment processes in the workplace was also provided to the students. In this context, students who participated in the 3+1 practical training program were also included in the training.
Making a statement about the training program, TBMYO Director Dr. Lecturer Fatih Şevgin said, “This training opportunity provided by Nordex Enerji A.Ş. to our students is an important step in the sector. Our students gaining industrial experience through such events is extremely valuable in terms of their professional development. We hope that this cooperation will continue in the future. In line with our interviews with company officials, the participants' performances will be meticulously evaluated and they stated that they will take steps to employ suitable candidates.
